Gardening

My poor Blog has been sadly neglected this past while. I have taken advantage of the good weather we are having to try and catch up in my beloved garden. Here are a few blooms taken this past week.

Lovely pictures - a rose and 2 clematis? Your garden must look really colourful at the moment.

Brilliant pictures Granny :) I was in Madeira this past week and visited some of the gardens there with my mum. She's into them big style, but for me a tree is a tree and a flower is a flower! So I made the most of the "flower" setting on my camera and took some pics. There will be a few on my blog soon hopefully, I have had a lot of work to catch up on so will be up later tonight I think! :)

Thank you Arista. The colour has just gone over as the azaleas and rhodies go past. May is a lovely month in the garden i think.

Rosa Thank you

Understanding Alice - Yhank you for dropping in and leaving a comment. You are welcome here. The single flowered clematis is Montana 'Mayleen' and the double flowered white and pink is Montana 'Marjorie'. Marjorie flowers for a much longer period than the other monatanas. The pink deepens as the blooms get a little older. It scrambles all over the front of my house and it is a sight to behold at the moment.

Lauren - Nice to see you here. I look forward to your flower pics.
