Granny, I've made Nigella's Cheesecake Brownies, but not this one. The cheese in your version is sweet rather than salty (I like both options) and it's swirled in yours which looks just stunning:D Nothing like a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds:)
ReplyDeleteRosa - Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteGloria - They are a delicious mouthful. I am so delighted to have won in your give away. I am looking forward to my first effort at Chilean food :)
Grannymar - Elly will love making these.
Mary - Thank you
Lucie - They are really really easy. The swirly cheese makes them look nice. :)
Olguis - Thanks for paying a visit. If there were any left I would give you some but they didn't last too long.
Coby - I have never really got the salty bit with sweet. I haven't tried it. I have reservations. I really must do it so I can compare.
Brenda they look utterly delicious. I could just reach into the screen to pick one up.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're combining two of the best desserts here - you cant go wrong!
ReplyDeleteMix the two together and you have pure naughtiness on the plate!
ReplyDeleteGranny you are VERY naughty!
Granny, these are fab, I made them last night to bring to a friend' coffee morning this morn. The Philly is just so good in them, I don't think I will ever go back to ordinary brownies
ReplyDeleteTríona
George - They were a little bit of heaven
ReplyDeleteMaris - I love this idea too.
Sarah - You are right. I am VERY naughty. LOL :)
Triona - I am glad you enjoyed. I think the cheese lifts the chocolate to a different dimension altogether. x
